Robin Gaither, Founder and President

Robin began her career in sales, and spent 15 years in general management, business development and marketing roles before focusing on organizational effectiveness and performance improvement.

Robin has held executive positions in financial services, health care and technology companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500.  She has consulted with over 100 companies and worked with Deloitte and The Hay Group consulting firms.

Prior to founding GALMI, Robin directed Human Resources for F-Secure, a Finnish security software company, and the most successful IPO in Scandinavian history.  Before joining F-Secure, Robin held executive positions with Bay Federal, Good Samaritan Health System (HCA) and Sutter Health.  During her 12 years in health care, she built several successful divisions, and was GM for a medical start-up employing 125 staff. Robin has directed HR, OD and Training for over 4,000 employees, and is an accomplished trainer, public speaker and conference presenter.

A native of North Carolina, Robin received a B.A. in Sociology and a Master of Social Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA and is a certified Executive Coach.  She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 1998, and is a former Peace Corps volunteer with a passion for travel and community service.
